Lead Nurturing

  1. Email Delivery

    Filter - Sort leads by their Nurturing program Id, type and date of email sent.
  2. Nurturing Program

    Organize and segment your nurturing plan. Create a systematic sequence of introductory mails, surveys, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and other categories of messages. Create a template as per your choice and assign a program name. Voila! You’re set to go.
  3. View programs

    You can list multiple nurturing programs and sort them in the table below. Click View to see their status and progress. Click delete to end the nurturing program entirely.
  4. Unsubscribe URLs

    This page will help you to segment and sort the leads with their respective URLs. Fill in the 3 required fields and click save to proceed.


Lead Management

  1. Create new lead

    Budget – Enter your lead budget (in $).
    Annual Revenue – Enter the revenue earned by the lead (in $) in the present/last fiscal.
    Nurturing Program – Key in the name/sequence of the nurturing program the particular lead falls into.
    Nurturing Division – This field requires the type of nurturing program the lead should be assigned.
  2. Lead analytics

    Stop Nurturing – Click if you wish to stop nurturing this lead and it keep aside.
    Sales Ready – Click if the lead is ready to buy and higher up in the buying cycle.
    Export to CRM – Click if you want to export the lead to CRM for follow-up and nurturing.
    Personalize – Segment & personalize your leads based contact, demography, domain name, industry and other niche categories. See Help for more explanation.
    Show Filter – Filter lead information for easy management and visibility.
  3. Survey Feedback

    View and track comprehensive result of your lead nurturing surveys with a click. Filter dates for easy reference.
  4. Qualified Leads

    Qualification Rules - Mark leads based on their specific scores. Add them up to get the total lead score. Personalize – Customize leads based on available & selected list. See help for more explanation.
    Filter – Sort leads by a particular date range. Search them by different criteria.
  5. Sales Ready

    Personalize – customize leads based on available & selected list. See help for more explanation.
    Filter – sort leads by a particular date range. Search them by different criteria.
  6. Unsubscribed Leads

    Sort your unsubscribed leads in this page. Filter them by a particular date range. Search them by their ID, name, company & email. Click Remove Subscription if you wish to unsubscribe them.
